You've reached out for help before and felt better temporarily, but you keep falling back. The tools haven't stuck, and you're starting to wonder if anything can actually help you.

If you're a coach, leader, or business owner who's tired of surface-level solutions that don't create lasting change, Homecoming offers a different path, one that finally addresses the root
cause of your patterns.

You've reached out for help before and felt better temporarily, but you keep falling back. The tools haven't stuck, and you're starting to wonder if anything can actually help you.

Here's what I usually get asked
A: Yes, and here's why: Most therapy helps you understand your problems. Most self-help gives you strategies to manage them. But neither addresses the fragmented parts of you that are keeping the patterns alive.
Homecoming uses parts work to make contact with the protective mechanisms that keep you emotionally numb, hard on yourself, or stuck in unhealthy relationships. We don't fight these parts; we understand them, give them compassion, and heal the childhood wounds that created them in the first place.
That's why clients like Josh, Tammy, and Kylie, who've done years of personal development, finally broke through. We're not managing symptoms or teaching you to push harder. We're healing at the root level, so the patterns naturally dissolve.
A: Traditional therapy often keeps you talking about your problems week after week. Homecoming gets you talking to the parts of yourself that hold the pain, your inner child, your inner critic, the protective parts that keep you stuck.
This is education + deep emotional work. You'll learn the frameworks (like the fantasy bond, parts work, and self-compassion), then we'll integrate them through one-on-one coaching. You watch a video one week, then we work through what came up for you the next. This way, you're not just getting coached, you're gaining tools you can use for the rest of your life.
A: Every client who came to Homecoming felt this same fear. Lisa was worried she was "too broken to fix." Tammy wasn't sure she was strong enough to face her past trauma. Josh had been avoiding his hurt parts for years.
Here's what they discovered: The pain they were afraid of wasn't as big as they thought. And with the right support, facing it was actually liberating. I create a safe container for this work. We go at your pace. We build your capacity to regulate your emotions before we dive into the deeper stuff. And you'll learn to give yourself the compassion and care you never received, so you're not doing this alone anymore.
A: The core Homecoming Program typically runs 18-22 weeks, with fortnightly coaching sessions. This pacing is intentional, it gives you time to integrate what you're learning between sessions.
But here's what's most important: This isn't about "finishing" a program. It's about building a foundation for life. You'll have the tools to self-regulate, self-soothe, and navigate your own challenges long after we're done working together. As one of my clients, Tammy said: "I don't need to rely on Matt as much anymore. I can coach myself through the smaller stuff now."
A: If you're asking this question, you're probably more ready than you think. "Not sure I'm ready" is often your protective parts doing what they do best, keeping you safe by keeping you stuck.
The truth is, you don't need to feel 100% ready. You just need to be:
Tired of the same patterns showing up
Willing to be honest with yourself
Open to trying something different
Every client in our testimonials had doubts. But they took the step anyway. And now they're emotionally free, compassionate with themselves, and equipped to handle whatever life throws at them.
The best time to start was years ago. The second best time is now.
A: No. While Homecoming is absolutely transformative for people with significant trauma (like my client Lisa's story), it's just as powerful for high-achievers who've done years of personal development but still feel like something's missing.
This work is for you if:
You're hard on yourself and don't know how to stop
You're emotionally numb or reactive
You struggle to set boundaries or leave relationships that aren't serving you
You've invested in therapy and coaching but still feel incomplete
You're a coach, leader, or entrepreneur who helps others but struggles to help yourself
You don't need to have "big T trauma" to benefit.
Sometimes the deepest wounds are the ones that feel small, but shape everything.
A: Before our call, you'll fill out a short survey so I can understand your specific situation. Then on the Breakthrough Call (about 45-60 minutes), we'll:
Explore where you're stuck and what patterns keep showing up
Identify what's been missing from the therapy or self-help you've already tried
Discuss whether Homecoming is the right fit for you (this work isn't for everyone)
Answer any questions you have about the process
This isn't a sales pitch. It's a genuine conversation to see if we're aligned. I only work with 8 clients at a time, so I'm selective about who I take on and you should be selective about who you work with too.

I've spent over 15 years working with people who look capable on the outside but feel stuck on the inside. Coaches. Leaders. Business owners. People who've done the work and still know something deeper hasn't landed yet.
I kept seeing the same pattern: People would gain insight, feel a breakthrough, maybe even change for a few weeks and then find themselves right back in the same cycles. They weren't lacking knowledge. They weren't lacking effort. They were lacking a system that actually integrated the work into how they lived.
That's why I created Homecoming.
This isn't about teaching you more. It's about healing what's been keeping you stuck at the root, so the change becomes permanent, not just another temporary high that fades when life gets hard.
My approach is grounded, relational, and honest. I don't push people. I don't bypass what's uncomfortable. And I don't sell quick fixes.
If we work together, the focus isn't on becoming someone new. It's on finally becoming whole.
Because of the depth and intensity of this work, I only take on 8 clients at a time. This ensures I can give each person my full presence and attention, not just during sessions, but throughout their entire Homecoming journey.
If you're ready to stop the cycles and finally come home to yourself, let's talk.

Lead Trainer at Australasia's Largest Coaching School
I've trained and certified thousands of coaches across the region. I've seen what works and, more importantly, what doesn't. Most approaches stay surface-level. Homecoming goes deeper because I've spent 15 years learning exactly where people get stuck and why.
Creator of the Integrated Self Dynamics Method
The 10-step pathway isn't borrowed theory; it's a practical framework I developed specifically for emotional integration and lasting self-leadership. It's built on what actually creates change, not what sounds good in a workshop.
Co-Founder of Australia's Leading Mastermind for Coaches
I support coaches building sustainable, high-integrity businesses. I understand the unique pressures of being the person everyone leans on, while carrying your own unresolved stuff. That's who this program was designed for.
